When you have placed your order, we will check that we have your items in stock. When we have done this we will send conformation
of your order along with an invoice to the email address you have given, unless you indicate otherwise. We will also send
details of how to pay and where to send payment. At present we are only able to accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers.
We will soon be able to offer payment via PayPal. Please indicate your preferred method of payment in the drop down
menu when asked.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, as we may have to order items/sizes in specially.
To measure your dog for clothing, measure from base of neck to base of tail, round up and then choose size depending on
your dogs measurements. All sizes given will be to fit a dog measuring the given size from base of neck to base of tail. If
you are unsure what size to choose include your dogs measurement and we will pick the right size for you.
To measure for a collar simply measure your dogs current collar.
